1. Who we are
Fintlock LLC is a software studio based in Florida, USA. We develop and publish iOS applications and web-based tools. This policy covers all apps published by Fintlock LLC on the Apple App Store, as well as this website.

2. Information we collect
The specific data collected depends on which app you are using. In general:
- Data you provide: content you enter into the app, such as account names, financial entries, or character choices in a game.
- Device information: device type, operating system version, and language settings, used solely for compatibility and crash diagnosis.
- Usage analytics: if analytics are enabled in an app, we may collect anonymized, aggregate data about feature usage. This data is never linked to your identity.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier unless you contact us directly.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and improve our apps
- Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- Respond to support requests you initiate
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.
4. Data storage
By default, data you enter into our apps is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to Fintlock servers unless the app explicitly provides a sync or backup feature, in which case that feature will be clearly described within the app.
5. Third-party services
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, available at apple.com/privacy.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs. We may use Apple's built-in crash reporting to diagnose stability issues. No third-party analytics platforms receive your data unless explicitly disclosed in a specific app's App Store listing.
6. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
- When required by law or a valid legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Fintlock LLC or its users
7. Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@fintlock.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your rights
Since most data our apps collect is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or using the app's own data-clearing options.
If you have contacted us by email and would like us to delete any personal information you shared with us, email hello@fintlock.com with your request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps evolve. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we use your data will be communicated through the app or App Store release notes.
